Penetrating injuries to the duodenum can present a complex case for trauma or acute care surgeons. The associated and complications have devastating results. This report presents of 41-year-old male who presented with gunshot wound his abdomen suffered gastric injury, transverse colon duodenal renal pancreatic tail injury. In this case, patient underwent Roux-en-Y reconstruction. had good outcome continues recover at home.
